Made an appointment for our family's 2008 Rogue (155,000 miles and lots of highway travel)which needed axle work and corner mount work along with fuel induction service, oil change, tire sensor replacement and alignment. It was a 2nd opinion based on what a dealership told our daughter. We chose Honest1 based on a previous post card mailer and proximity to where we live. We were not specific in so many words about what the dealer told us; just wanted to see if repairs matched what we'd been told.I got a ride home on the shuttle with Chelsea and within 2 1/2 hours got a call from Willie; the repairs were the same as diagnosed before but the estimate came in competitively less so we went ahead with the work. The car was done that day; the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty is unbelievable and the roadside assistance program is a "What???" addition. We also only needed 1 tire sensor instead of what the dealer told us (2) so we saved on that. They will show you what is wrong - take you to the car if you choose to wait. Even offered to try to find one replacement tire which had a gash but is no longer made. I witnessed very courteous treatment to waiting customers; attentive staff - George, Willie, Chelsea - and I'm sure the technicians in the shop who actually were doing the work - Willie L. and anyone else who worked on the car. My daughter has noticed a tremendous difference in how the car is handling and performing and we're hoping to get many more miles out of it. The facility is clean and stocked with refreshments. We have a place here that I think is very hard to beat. No more will we be taking our 2000 Toyota Tundra (92,000 miles) anywhere else for oil changes or services of any other kind.
