We have used Honset 1 of Carrollwood for the last few repairs our car has needed. Willie has been a very informative and has advised us with integrity. We has told us the full issue and has allowed us to prioritize our fixes based on our budget. We have not felt any pressure to do anything we weren't comfortable with. They are so timely, too. Honest 1 Auto Care as an enterprise is a quality product. Compared to the large chains such as Jiffy Lube or Tire Kingdom, the facility is cleaner, prices are cheaper, and the service just as good or better. Besides a mom and pop shop, you won't find a better place to take your vehicle for routine maintenance. I would recommend H1 to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience when dealing with routine maintenance or, in my case, an annoying flat tire.

It was very uncomplicated auto repair EVER! Everyone was friendly and I feel good about getting my Lexus repaired here. In 17 years I owned my car, I always felt I was being had by dealerships and repair shops because it was a Lexus. I did not feel that way here. I see why it's Honest-1 Auto Care.
