Very professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant to do business with Mike. I needed a new battery. They ran a diagnostic to make sure it was the battery before just replacing it and let me know my air filter needed replacing which I authorized them to do.

Honest one always takes care of me. I can trust them to tell me the truth about my vehicle every time. This is the only mechanic shop I've been to where their first priority is the customer not how much money they can get. Always a great experience!

Very clean and well appointed waiting area. Service was courteous and I was well informed on the work which needed to be done. It was a pleasant experience having my car serviced.

I had a great experience at Honest 1. Customer service was great. I was able to get a same day appointment for my oil change at the time i wanted. The inspection on my car was backed up by a visual inspection of all problems that were discussed. The general manager was very helpful with providing info on any possible manufacture warranty available on my existing tires. All the staff was very friendly. Most of all, I did not wait as along as I thought and a free shuttle was offered to me for my convenience which I really did not need because of the quick service but appreciated the offer. They are fast, efficient and reasonably priced with repairs.
