Excellent service from the time you walk through the door to the time you are escorted to your car when you leave. Everyone was very knowledgeable and provided me with valuable information about my car.

Extremely satisfied with my service I had when I just came in for an oil change. The facility is immaculate, clean from floor to ceiling, complimentary snacks and beverages, as well as iPads and a little play area for children. All the staff were polite, and friendly and I would recommend everyone to come to Honest 1 for any car services.

Couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of work!!! Stayed open late so I could drop my vehicle off. I have a 2000 jeep wrangler that experienced transmission issues and they told me exactly what was wrong and showed me as well. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants quality work. Willie & George I can't thank yall enough and Gabby for the cheese it snacks.

We just moved to Tampa and lost our 'go to' car guy when we did. My wife and I have taken our cars here a couple of times now. We couldn't be happier. They are friendly, knowledgeable and well priced. The facility is super clean, comfortable and bright. I'll never use anyone else for my cars. Thank God we found a trusted mechanic in the area.

place is clean and top notch....employees are friendly and very helpful... I could not have service at this time because price was much higher than expected.....I'm presently working on that... even the bathroom is beautiful...will be back.

Willie was very courteous and professional as were the other persons, driver and cashier. I did feel the services were a little expensive even with the discounts. Price may be factor for future service.
