They were extremely nice, very clean nice waiting room with massage chair, TV and video games. They had free snacks and drinks. Service was good and quick.

Car worse than before. Don’t trust.

Zach Kidd, Thank You for your feed back. When you first came the first time. The vehicle was acting up upon arrival. So we fixed what was approved and you drove out of the location fine. Then you called back and said it was acting up again and even stalling. Well technician drove it for 2 miles, the manager drove it for 2 miles, and the service advisor drove it for 2 miles. None of them had any issues with the vehicle. or we would have been more than happy to fix the issue if we’re reoccurring. Without the vehicle being able to duplicate. It will be hard to pinpoint or diagnose. When the car came in the first time it was running tough and misfiring the whole time. So I don’t understand how the car was worse than before. Please feel free to stop as suggested when the car is acting up again or if you want to go on a test drive with the technician. Hopefully it will duplicate the issue so we can help resolve. Thank You for understanding.

Told me my battery just needed to be re laearned to my car. I had a new battery. But instead they dropped another new battery and charged me for that as well. $400. Then gave me a tune up and downgraded my spark plugs. And my car was still having the issues from before.

I like to patronize a business several times before I sit down and write a review for it. You may have a great experience the first time you go and even the second time but sometimes on the 3rd or 4th visit, the great service you originally had goes downhill—that is not the case with this shop. I’ve been here several times for various things from an oil change to installing new motor mounts and each time I come in, the service is just as good as the first time I was here. I’m not from Florida, we moved down here from NYC so I had not owned a car in well over a decade. I bought a used one and then brought it in to Honest-1 Auto for an inspection to see if there was anything major wrong with it. The first person I dealt with was Willie Vazquez, the General Manager. I spoke to him over the phone, he got me in right away. I should’ve brought the car in before I purchased it, luckily there wasn’t anything majorly wrong with it but I didn’t know that. If Willie were dishonest, he could’ve said there was something wrong with it and I probably would’ve gone ahead and paid to have it ‘fixed’ because I would not have known any better. I appreciate his honesty. I also met George Maajoun the Service Advisor. He’s straightforward with prices and cost of labor etc. I’ve never gotten blindsided by a last minute extra charge or “added fees”. My repairs always cost exactly what George tells me they will cost. I appreciate that. It’s hard to budget for car repairs when the shop you’re dealing with keeps upping the cost, that won't happen to you here. This shop is the most honest one I’ve ever been to! An honest auto repair shop is like a ‘Rare White Elk’, they exist but the chances of ever encountering one are slim. Happy to report you have a 'Rare White Elk' here in Carrollwood! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
