I received a repair estimate for 2 tires installed and 2 struts installed. Nothing else like other repair shops would do. Honest 1 did not "mess-around" with my car and take stuff apart like other repair shops would do. Overall, a great shop and very friendly service.

The attendant was very courteous and helpful in explaining the service that I needed and giving recommendations without pressuring me.

I started hearing a buzzing sound under my hood when I pressed on the accelerator. I know nothing about cars, so I took it into a local place for an oil change and to diagnose the issue. I was told that it was the transmission, and it could possibly need to be replaced. I decided to not do this right away, and to get a second opinion. I brought the car into Honest auto care, and met with Willie. He got in the car with me, we drove for 1 mile, and he thought it sounded like a shield under the vehicle that was rattling. I left the car with him, went next door for 20 minutes, and when I returned, tossed me the keys and told me it was fixed, didn't charge me a penny. We have 3 vehicles in my family, and they will be serviced by Honest Auto care on Dale Mabry in the future.

This was first visit. Oil change in at 8am finished at 922 am . Nice place just a little long for oil change
