Great service

George Maajoun and Willie Vazquez are a perfect fit for auto repair customer service. They are truly HONEST and never try and upsell the client. They're both knowledgeable and genuinely want to provide quality service. I will continue to use them for my fleet vehicle and personal vehicle. All it took for me to keep coming back was the honest dealing I had with them on my first 2 visits.

My transmission went out on my 2008 Pontiac. I didn’t know whether I should tow it to Honest A1, a transmission repair shop or a GM dealership. Willie advised me to have the car towed to Honest A1 and let them take a look at it. I’m so glad I did. It was repaired within a few hours and the bill was less than $200.00. I hate to think what another facility might have charged me. The car runs great and I am very appreciative of their professionalism and honesty. Thank you Willie, you’re a good guy!

One of my biggest fears, no kidding, is taking my vehicle to a shop and them messing with it just enough to keep me coming back. That is NOT how George runs his business. That is NOT Honest-1 Auto. I have been using these guys for a couple years(ish) now and they make suggestions but will not push any service outside of specifically what I came in for. And things don't magically break after going to the shop. Keeping my car tuned up at reasonable rates, honest work honest pay vibe, is what will keep me as a lifetime customer at George's shop.

Still the only place in the greater Tampa area to get your vehicle serviced; unless you want to overpay or otherwise get ripped off by most other auto repair shops. They do what you ask, recommend fairly if you don’t know, and tell you often what you don’t need to have done. Other shops would simply let you pay for unneeded work, not Honest 1. Just try them once for your next auto care needs. You’ll never go back to anyone else. Major Mike

Amazing! Made an appt to have brake flush, coolant flush and tires rotated. Dealership kept pressuring us to do. Honest 1's prices were way more reasonable! On top of that, when brought car in we were told we did not need any of the services the dealership said and did not charge us to look at the car. Thank you for your honesty!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE! Honest-1 did work for myself a few years ago and were absolutely amazing in fixing my vehicle after water got into the engine. Fast forward to present day and my company had a patrol car acting up. We took the car to dodge who charged $400+ on a battery and held the car for 5 day and had horrible communication, only to find that the same day I had it picked up, it was not working after leaving the dealer. I decided to call a shop I could trust even though they were a long way from us. An expensive but worth it tow and one and a half days later, the issue was found and fixed (an electrical one) and the car was on it way back to us. They managed to fix the car on the same info given to dodge dealership in a shorter time and with good communication. I cannot vouch for any other locations but I can vouch for this one.

Requested a Saturday appointment on Friday afternoon. I dropped off at 8:30 and vehicle was ready by noon as requested. AWESOME service.
