Very fast and efficient service!

I got my oil changed. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The waiting lounge was stocked with coffee, snacks and water and a tv. There was a separate area for computing and desks for kids. They didn't try to pressure me into any other service and no dire warnings of impending breakdowns(like other places I've been to). When I got into my car there was a little gift on my console and a card signed by the mechanic. It even had a pretty bow!

Honest-1 Auto found a way to fit in a same day appointment, and ran a thorough check for my 120,000 mile check-up in addition to the requested oil change. As always, the staff was polite and helpful and the waiting room conducive to getting some good work done while I waited. I appreciate the comfort of the chairs, the desk space offered, and the free coffee and snacks.

George was a great host and made me feel like I was a visitor in his home instead of just getting a routine oil change. I did not feel pressured to purchase and of the recommended services aND I was able to relax and be comfortable while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. The lounge had complimentary refreshments and if you don't want any of that they are in a perfect location for you to walk and get coffee or food next door. George made sure to answer any questions I had and I didn't feel like he was trying to trick me into buying things because I was a woman. I will be back for future service especially knowing that my diligence with keeping up with my repairs is being reported to Carfax. One of the most enjoyable oil changes I've had in a long time.
