Carrollwood Location #1 I was caught off guard on the $180 charge for level 2 diagnostics because it was never mentioned beforehand. I paid because I wanted to confirm the services needed on my car. Unfortunately, it was not mention of $200.27 charge being applied if services are performed at Honest-1. #2 Never assume a woman doesn't know car scan codes. Very disappointed I was told I wouldn't know or understand them. I thought those days were long gone. #3 They are not a "full service" since they don't service transmissions. #4 My estimate includes almost $800 for labor when it appears the engine may not need to be removed. Needless to say I was disappointed with a few things. George was very cordial on the phone and in person. The disappoinment is I was not informed there was a charge for diagnostic testing that was offered. DEAR OWNER, WILLIE DID NOT ASK ME. THINGS OCCURED JUST AS I STATED. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD PRINT BUT I WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND.EXACT WORDS. HE DID NOT OFFER TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING. YOU CANNOT TURN THINGS AROUND. EMPLOYEES NEED TO LEARN EQUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. $774 LABOR WHEN THE ENGINE DOESN'T NEED TO BE MOVED TO REPLACE THE SENSORS. THE SENSORS CAN BE REACHED FROM THE TOP. REPLACE 3 SENSORS AND A TEST DRIVE AFTERWARDS. $774???

THEREFORE, AFTER THE TEST DRIVE WE LET YOU KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO DIAGNOSE OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM. #1 THE MANAGER DID PRESENT AND PRINT FOR YOU TO SIGN THE INVOICE BEFORE WE SERVICED THE VEHICLE PER YOUR AUTHORIZATION. #2 THE MANAGER WITH CONCERN ASKED YOU IF YOU WOULD LIKE HIM TO GO OVER THEM WITH YOU OR IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS JUST IN CASE YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THEM. THAT BEING SAID....THE SAME SENTENCE WOULD HAVE BEEN SAID IF IT WAS A MALE OR ANY TYPE OF HUMAN. WE ARE HERE TO HELP AND IF THE CUSTOMER GETS OFFENEDED BY THAT THEN YOU KNOW FOR SURE THEY TOOK IT OUT OF CONTEXT. WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. #3 WE DO SERVICE TRANSMISSIONS HERE BUT ON YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE DEALER. THIS IT NEEDS TO BE REPORGRAMMED AFETR INSTALL OF THE TRANSMISSION. NOT ALL VEHICLE NEED THIS. #4 NO ONE MENTIONED THE ENGINE NEEDING TO BE REMOVED SO WE DONT UNDERSTAND WHERE THAT INFO CAME FROM. THE TRANSMISSION IS UNDER THE CAR AND ENGINE WOULD NOT HAVE TO BE REMOVED. SORRY FOR YOUR DISSAPOINTMENT AND WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU GIVE ANOTHER CHANCE NEXT TIME YOU NEED SERVICE. #1 EXPLAINS WHY GEORGE DID NOT OFFER THE DIAGNOSTIC DUE TO THE FACT HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
