Each time I step foot into this place, I am met with the most pleasant service I have ever experienced at an auto shop. 10 out of 10 from communication to quality to efficiency. These guys are the real deal.

I recently had my tires switched out at Honest 1 Auto Care, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed warmly, and the atmosphere was incredibly inviting. They even had snacks available, which was a nice touch. George and Willie were exceptional throughout the entire process. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything so easy for me. I recommend Honest-1 to everyone. They really can be trusted to diagnose and fix your car right…and quickly. The mechanics know what they’re doing. They send pictures of the problem when needed, and never try to sell you things you really don’t need like the dealerships do. And the waiting area is really comfortable. They go out of their way to make the experience easy.

This is the most honest and above board auto service center in Tampa, bar none. I felt at ease the minute I entered the door. George explains exactly what is needed to repair your car. While I was there, customers picking up their vehicle were thanking them for taking care of their repairs and saying I will see you next time. Is there a better, more friendly auto repair center than Honest-1. I don't think so. They DO IT RIGHT the first time.
