place is clean and top notch....employees are friendly and very helpful... I could not have service at this time because price was much higher than expected.....I'm presently working on that... even the bathroom is beautiful...will be back.

Willie was very courteous and professional as were the other persons, driver and cashier. I did feel the services were a little expensive even with the discounts. Price may be factor for future service.

Such an amazing experience! The oil change was very quick! Honest 1 goes above and beyond when you take your vehicle in. The waiting area is so clean and relaxing, chargers for your electronic devices soda water and snacks for anyone waiting! I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Honest-1 Auto Care. Many people looking for a mechanic are worried about two things, quality and cost. The truth is, most mechanics charge around the same amount for labor. Knowing that, I put my efforts in what was, for me, most important... finding quality maintenance. My F-150 (just out of warranty--of course) had an antifreeze leak near the turbo. You would think that a leak is an easy 1-2-3 job. This couldn't be further from the truth. My vehicle was leaking at a seal that even the Ford Motor Company said: "that part should never leak...we don't even know where to get the part from." Willie (Service Manager) tried several times to get the part from Ford. He sent video's, pictures, and eventually a strongly worded email. At the end of the day, Willie engineered the part himself. I can't recommend this company enough--great work ethic, excellent customer service, and yes great rates too. Rich Colon

I had a piece of plastic hanging low under my car and stopped to see if I could get it fixed. They immediately asked me to pull up to the service Bay, came out, securely fastened it and when I asked how much I owed them, they said no charge. So refreshing for a garage. I am planning on bringing our cars there for future work.
